- We will supply the laser machine with a training video and user’s manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and shall give technical guidance by remote, such as Wechat, E-mail, Telephone, Mobile, WhatsApp, Skype, 24/7 online chat, and so on when you meet some problem of installation, operation or adjusting. (Recommended)
- You can come to our laser machine factory for training. We will offer professional guidance. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipment, all sorts of tools, and a testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days (Recommended)
- Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses, and accommodation for us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It’s better to arrange a translator (if not English-speaking) for our engineers during the training period.
- Long lifetime maintenance, the after-sale department will offer 24/7 English online support.
- Except for the damage artificially, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during warranty.
- After the warranty period expires, the buyer only needs to pay the actual maintenance cost.
Machine service after purchase
We will back up each piece of equipment you purchased. When you need it, we will provide technical support and services for software program and hardware replacement to ensure that your machine can resume normal operation in the shortest time.
We will make sure that your machine remains a reliable cornerstone for your production for a long time to come.
We will regularly get in touch with you to learn about the usage of the equipment, check the condition level and precision test results of the machine online or on-site, and provide further maintenance and repair work according to the current situation.
Besides carrying out the necessary service work according to the maintenance plan of specific machines, our service technicians will also offer you detailed service suggestions to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the equipment.
