Air filter

The air filter for the compressor cleans the air entering the screw block of the compressor for subsequent compression. Air cleaning helps to avoid damage (scratches and nicks) on the surface of the screw block and prevents contamination of oil and compressed air. It is important to change the air filter in a timely manner when performing maintenance of the screw compressor. The air filter replacement interval for the compressor is 2000 engine hours, but can be reduced when operating in difficult conditions, such as heavy dust (working with cement, reinforced concrete products, insufficient ventilation).

Oil filter

The oil filter serves to clean the oil from contamination with solid particles and oxidation products of the oil itself. The oil filter must be replaced according to the regulations or according to the readings of the oil filter contamination sensor (differential pressure sensor on the oil filter). The pressure difference in a new oil filter is 0.2-0.3 bar. The maximum pressure difference should not exceed 1 bar; if the threshold is exceeded, replace the filter

Air separator

The separator cleans the compressed air at the outlet of the screw pair from oil. The separator material does not allow oil to pass to the compressor outlet and returns it back to the screw block through the oil drain channel. The separator protects compressed air consumers from the presence of oil in the pneumatic system and the compressor from overheating.

Precision filter

The precision filter removes solid particles, water and oil suspension in compressed air. Generally, 3 precision filters are installed at the front of the dryer, which are used to remove impurities and oil particles from the compressed air, and a high-efficiency precision filter is installed at the rear of the dryer, which is used to remove fine dust in the compressed air.
