It adopts a hybrid drive system of electric and hydraulic drive, achieving the fastest cycle speed and effectively saving 60% energy. It is a relatively intelligent bending machine on the market.
Tech features
The use of servo motors makes the system consume less energy during operation, and the energy-saving effect is excellent.
- The distribution of oil is basically on demand, without throttling loss, which can achieve real energy saving.
- Low temperature rise reduces the risk of oil, has higher stability, and increases the service life of the hydraulic system and oil.
- The use of gear pumps can reduce the noise of the whole machine, reduce the sensitivity to oil cleanliness, and greatly reduce the failure rate.
- The position accuracy or part accuracy of the slider is not lower than that of the proportional control system, or even higher. After actual measurement, the repeat positioning accuracy of the slider is ±0.01MM, and the highest accuracy is 0.005MM
